Return Policy

General Return Policy

The packing slip, found in your package, will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. The basic steps are as follows:
 

   1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging
          * include your order number, billing name, and address with your return
   2. All return shipping charges must be prepaid
   3. We recommend that you use Insured Priority Mail for protection of your return.

Please Note:
Margaretstanton.com recommends that you always insure your return package, and use a tracking number.  Always keep a record of the Tracking Number from your return package, to ensure that the item(s) is received. Initial Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return/exchange is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error.

We will make every effort to ship exchanges and issue credits as quick as possible. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact margaretstanton.com immediately. Please include:

    * your order number
    * your item number
    * your e-mail address and phone number

Margaretstanton.com will replace the item in a timely manner. We will cover all shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, please refuse the order and contact margaretstanton.com immediately.

All Sales are final or replaced in the event of damage due to shipping or manufacturer error.

All sales are final and cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact margaretstanton.com.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
